Depending on your needs we can fit our delivery model to what serves you the best:

One-off answering specific questions – you have a question that you want to be answered (for instance to increase NPS by 5 points, which metrics need to be improved and by how much), and we answer it by using our solution. This is a perfect way to get starting with our solution and to learn about its capabilities.
     

  2. Regular interval – you want to keep track of the progress with how your customer experience your brand, to see continuously what is working well and where more effort still needs to put.
     

  3. On-line – you want to be on top of things
    constantly so you can react to any issues instantly and to save any customers that are at risk of leaving. We support both SaaS and on-site deployments.
