There are no specific requirements. To benefit from the OFFER, no additional resources are necessary from the hotel. The Be Customer Smart team will handle all aspects of creating, training, and deploying the AI Assistant. The sole requirement is an interest in testing the AI Assistant.

The specialised AI Assistant will be seamlessly integrated into the hotel’s website, - as a dedicated iframe page. Be Customer Smart will provide the necessary code to the hotel’s technical team, ensuring unobtrusive integration and straightforward removal if required, along with easy access for customers across various devices.
